On the morning of March 24th, Lu Jieren, vice president of the China Edible Fungus Association, met with Mr. Kawashima Kenchi, vice president of the Japanese Association of edible fungi, at the Association (Fangshan) base. This visit is the second visit to my association after 2010. The two sides discussed and discussed the research and development of edible fungus strains and the protection of intellectual property rights. Japan Mushroom Association was founded in 1961, Japan's mushroom industry, one of the two major civil society, has long been with my association to maintain good relations of communication. Since 2002, several visits, the vice president of the association visited the China Qingyuan, Longquan, Shanghai and Beijing to Chinese mushroom industry current development situation, to promote bilateral mushroom industry, especially the development and protection of the exchange of culture play a very important role.
The Japanese edible fungus Association visiting Kawashima Kenchi, Fukui Luo, Ayuzawa Sumio, Inoue Zhenyuki four members are edible fungus technical experts, especially Mr. Fukui Luo, as Japan's chief adviser edible bacterium association, is the Japanese production system of quality and safety of edible fungi strain and founder of GAP, Japan, on behalf of the industry to develop traceability tracking system, organic food mushroom cultivation technology standard, is Japan's edible fungus industry backbone technical force.
During the talks, Mr Kawashima introduced Japan made edible fungus protection experience and the work done by the association, pointed out that the Japanese strain protection in addition to improve the relevant systems, but also pay attention to the protection from the development perspective, and suggested that China can through the establishment of more small-scale producers association will organize, learn from all over the society the advanced experience of the country. Lu said, China will learn from Japan's advanced experience in the protection of bacteria, to develop a suitable for China's national conditions of bacteria conservation methods. The two sides also exchanged views on the protection of intellectual property rights among China and Japan, the circular economy of edible fungi and the preparations for the eighteen world mushroom conference. Through the talks, the two sides reached a consensus and hope to further cooperate in such fields as edible fungi, bacteria and technical exchanges. The talks lasted nearly an hour, and achieved good results.
